About
The OpportuniTee Golf Classic is a purpose-driven national inclusion golf and career event designed to democratize access to the game - and the opportunities that come with it. We exist to connect talent of all golf skill levels - including college students - to the relationships, networks, and career exposure traditionally reserved for a select few. This event is open for all who are interested to attend.
By blending golf instruction, career-integrated competition, and curated networking with executives and hiring organizations, we transform the golf course into a pipeline for access, advancement, and economic mobility.
This event is more than a day on the course—it is part of our broader commitment to expand access to golf and careers, representation, and economic opportunity through sport. In partnership with the PGA of America REACH Foundation, proceeds and engagement will directly support initiatives aligned with their Inclusion Pillar and PGA WORKS, helping to diversify the golf industry pipeline and uplift underrepresented communities.

To date we've raised $25,000 in charitable giving to the PGA REACH Foundation, supporting their inclusion pillar and continued PGA WORKS programs, making golf look more like America through on and off-course activies.
OpportuniTee is prominently featured in the PGA REACH New England 2025 Impact Report (Inclusion Pillar - pgs. 13 - 15).
Meet Steven N. Branch, Sr
President - OpportuniTee Golf Classic
Executive Director - Branch Resource, Inc.
Steven Branch is a workforce development entrepreneur, community engagement leader, and passionate advocate for expanding access to opportunity. A former Division I football student-athlete and Big 4 public accountant, Steven has built his career at the intersection of leadership development, talent advancement, and social impact. Today, he serves as Senior Associate Director of Community Engagement at MIT Sloan School of Management, where he works to cultivate belonging, strengthen inclusive professional networks, and expand talent pipelines for career success.
As Founder & Executive Director of Branch Resource Inc. and Creator of the OpportuniTee Golf Classic, Steven is committed to closing opportunity gaps by connecting individuals with the mentorship, relationships, and career development experiences that help talent thrive. His work has empowered students, professionals, and organizations to build stronger leadership pipelines while fostering meaningful community impact.
Steven also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of the New England PGA REACH Foundation, where he champions the belief that access to the game of golf can create access to life-changing opportunities. By leveraging golf as a platform for connection, learning, and career advancement, he continues to help open doors for the next generation of leaders.
Through every initiative he leads, Steven remains dedicated to a simple but powerful mission: bridging talent and opportunity so that more people can build fulfilling careers, strengthen their communities, and realize their full potential.
