In partnership with the Professional Golf Association and Essence, the 2025 OpportuniTee Golf Classic was created to bridge the access gap by connecting Boston-based executives with emerging professionals—right on the course.
This unique event expands access to the game of golf through a hands-on golf clinic led by PGA professionals, designed for underrepresented career professionals. Whether you're new to the game or looking to sharpen your skills, this is your chance to learn from the best.

I’ve seen firsthand how opportunity gaps exist for underrepresented professionals. These disparities aren’t due to a lack of talent but rather a lack of access: to opportunity, mentorship, and the social capital that drives advancement.
Golf offers a unique blend of competition, savvy, development, and networking all in a single round of play - something I truly believe benefits all career professionals.
