I'm Steven N. Branch, Sr., founder of Branch Resource - a workforce development and career coaching platform dedicated to closing the gap between talent and opportunity.

My career has been rooted in helping people navigate their professional journeys with clarity, confidence, and accessibility. As a career services leader at one of the world's most well-known academic institutions for management education, I support emerging leaders as they build meaningful careers and expand their networks.

Over the years, I've combined experiences in talent management, recruiting, and corporate partnerships with a deep commitment to equity in the workforce. From my early foundation in accounting and professional services to leading career initiatives and coaching professionals across industries, my work has always centered on one core belief: access and relationships drive opportunity.

I founded Branch Resource to bring that philosophy to life.
